Pocket Tunes Review

Pocket Tunes Radio from NormSoft, in my opinion, is by far the best App out there for the iPhone/iPod when it comes to Music or Talk Radio. Pocket Tunes can be installed directly from the Apps Store on your device or through iTunes for a one time fee of $9.99! The biggest thing that stands out is that this App lets you listen to satellite radio, like Sirius/XM. I have two accounts with Sirius/XM Satellite Radio for my vehicles, which allows me to get free Internet Radio online with my password from my account. Sirius makes you pay an extra $2.99 per month to get their App to work on the iPhone/iPod. You can get every station in Sirius/XM Satellite Radio with Pocket Tunes using your account password with no extra charge, and that INCLUDES HOWARD STERN, for all the fans out there that are really upset.

With a couple hundred stations to choose from, you can search through and tag your favorite channels so you can easily return to your top picks. Here is the current channel lineup. I have to say I had a problem picking some of my favorite channels, because there are so many to choose from, which is actually a good thing! There is also a web button so you can browse the internet while listening to Pocket Tunes Radio. If your iPhone/iPod is Jailbroken, Backgrounder will let you do anything on your device by playing Pocket Tunes Radio in the Background.

Overall, I would recommend this App to everyone who enjoys music and talk radio. Pandora, AOL Radio, and others are free, but don’t even come close to this Application. It is only a one time purchase, and one you won’t regret. Purchase Here.
