Well, can you iQuick! Exactly that is what happened a very fast update enable the Qik App to do exactly what it was meant to do when it first came out. Only just a week after hitting the AppStore Qik for iPHone 3GS havs beeing updated removing the Nasty Restriction (wi-fi only) on it put by Apple or AT&T(cough cough)good news for all you qik users this means that you can now stream your videos to the internet over a 3G network. We took it for a ride ourselves &  rest asure it works! works pretty well actully.

So it seems that FCC’s investigation into Apple & AT&t is finally having some positive side effects.
